Cancellation terms

• An online transaction may be cancelled within no more than 14 days (beginning on the day following the transaction date) of the date of execution or receipt of the booking confirmation‚ the later thereof; and no less than 7 business days before the (first) flight date detailed in the booking confirmation and/or ticket
• By law‚ cancelling the transaction involves a cancellation fee of 5% of the price paid for each ticket or NIS 100 for each ticket (the lower thereof)
• A monetary refund for a cancelled transaction will be paid via the credit card with which the transaction was made within 14 days from the date of the transaction cancellation request
• A consumer who is a person with a disability‚ a senior citizen or a new immigrant‚ as defined in the consumer protection law‚ shall be entitled‚ subject to presenting proof thereof (as required by law)‚ to cancel an online transaction within 4 months after the online transaction date or receipt of the booking confirmation‚ the later thereof‚ and no less than 7 business days before the (first) flight date detailed in the booking confirmation and/or the ticket. • To cancel a transaction for a certain number of passengers within a single booking under the consumer protection law only‚ please contact us
• Please fill in the booking details and we will issue the refund to the original credit card used for the payment. Cancelling the transaction using this form applies to all passengers in the booking
