If you wish to cancel only part of the transaction (i.e.‚ cancellation relating only to some of the passengers)‚ please contact our customer service. Subject to applicable law‚ no monetary refund shall be granted for the purchase of ancillary services (including baggage and/or seat reservations). .

Transaction cancellation in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law‚ a transaction made on the website can be cancelled within no more than 14 days from the date of its execution (beginning the day after the transaction was made) or from the date of receipt of the booking confirmation‚ whichever is later; and no less than 7 days (which are not rest days) before the (first) flight date detailed in the booking confirmation and/or the flight ticket purchased by you. If you wish to send the company a request to cancel part of the transaction under the Consumer Protection Law (as stated in section 2 above)‚ please contact our customer service.
A consumer who is a person with a disability‚ a senior citizen‚ or a new immigrant‚ as these terms are defined in the Consumer Protection Law‚ shall be entitled‚ subject to presenting a certificate proving this (as required by law)‚ to cancel a transaction made on the website within 4 months from the date of making the transaction on the website or from the date of receipt of the booking confirmation‚ whichever is later‚ and no less than 7 days (which are not rest days) before the (first) flight date detailed in the booking confirmation and/or the flight ticket.

Request to Cancel a Transaction Not Subject to the Consumer Protection Law
If your flight ticket conditions allow it‚ you can submit a request to cancel the booking on the "My Booking" page on the website. If your request is approved‚ a credit for future use on the website‚ equal to the value of the cancelled booking‚ will be loaded to the personal account of the main passenger in the booking. Viewing the credit and/or redeeming it will be possible by logging into the personal account on the website of the main passenger only. By choosing this cancellation option‚ you confirm that you have read and understood the above and that it is acceptable to you.
The credit will remain valid for two years from the day it was issued by the company‚ or until the date written next to it (whichever is later). The company is entitled (but not obliged) to honor credit even after its expiration as a service gesture‚ at its sole discretion.
It is clarified that this option to cancel a transaction in exchange for credit is given to you by the company as a service benefit‚ which the company is not obliged to grant by law. Therefore‚ by submitting such a request‚ you confirm that it is acceptable to you that the credit loaded to the main passenger's personal account equal to the value of the cancelled booking‚ will be in US Dollars only‚ however‚ it can also be redeemed for transactions made in another currency.
In case the original transaction was made in a currency other than US Dollars‚ there may be exchange rate differences according to the exchange rate in effect at the time of cancellation. When choosing to cancel a transaction in exchange for credit‚ you declare that the contents of this section are acceptable to you‚ and that you will have no claim and/or demand against the company in this regard.
Please note: A request to cancel a transaction under this section (i.e.‚ a request to cancel a transaction not subject to the Consumer Protection Law) will apply automatically to all passengers and all flights and services included in the same booking you wish to cancel.
